One of the most fulfilling aspects of being a therapist for me is witnessing the positive changes in the children’s lives. Helping a child through their presenting difficulties is an incredibly rewarding role and highlights my passion for being a therapist.

My therapy room is full of resources that inspire creativity and communication for young people of all ages. I specialise in working with children and adolescents who are facing emotional or behavioural challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, or school-related stress. They need a safe, empathetic, and non-judgmental environment to express themselves and feel understood. Their goals might include improving emotional regulation, building healthy relationships, and enhancing their overall well-being. If they are seeking therapy for guidance and support in navigating life’s challenges then they’re in the right place.

I focus on containing and listening to the child, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed. My sessions are flexible and adaptive, tailored to each child’s unique developmental requirements. This personalized approach helps children feel supported, understood, and empowered to navigate their challenges and grow emotionally and developmentally.
